Windmill Healthcare is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to support the reopening and daily operations of Padre Pio Care Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, people-focused professional to provide vital support to residents, families, and staff while ensuring smooth front-of-house and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Handle enquiries confidentially and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate data entry.
- Support recruitment processes including interview scheduling, reference checks, HR file setup, induction checklists, and Garda vetting.
- Submit reports and required information to Head Office within deadlines.
- Perform other administrative duties to support the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Relevant qualification / experience in Office Administration.Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office.Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in written and spoken English.Why Join Windmill Healthcare?
