Roads Design Engineer

Our Client is a MNC seeking a talented Roads Design Engineer to join their multidisciplinary Team in Dublin. They operate on a wide scale of projects across Ireland e.g. National Roads, Highways, Motorway Junctions. Requirements Relevant experience in a consultancy environment in UK / Ireland. Educated to degree level in engineering (Level 8 / 9). Working towards Chartered Engineer status. Computer literate and with experience of relevant design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads etc). Excellent communicational skills in written & spoken English. Responsibilities Develop detailed designs for new roads, highways, and transportation networks. Use design software and other engineering tools for accurate road layout and alignment. Ensure designs comply with local, state, and national standards and regulations. Develop effective drainage systems to manage surface water runoff and prevent road damage. Integrate culverts, gutters, and stormwater management solutions into the roadway design.
