Finance Manager About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable and detail-orientedFinance Manager to oversee the financial health of a growing organisation. The role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring financial operations are compliant, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts. Analyse financial data and trends to support decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics. Reporting & Compliance Produce timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Coordinate internal and external audits. Budgeting & Cost Control Manage departmental budgets and monitor expenditures. Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds. Manage banking relationships and optimise working capital. Investment & Strategic Support Conduct financial evaluations of new projects, investments, and opportunities. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Risk Management & Controls Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain robust internal controls and ensure data integrity. Team Leadership Lead and develop the finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business strategy. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required). Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA). Minimum of 5+ years' experience in financial management or related roles. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards; experience in Mergers & Acquisitions desirable. Proficiency in financial software. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team. Whats on Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment.
