Responsibilities

Your Role

design and deliver research activities to explore opportunities, in aplex B2B environment
develop service blueprints and user journey maps to surface and define transformation opportunities
develop the centralized Research Hub as an enterprise asset, across divisions and disciplines
collaborate with stakeholders to absorb and shape Citco's enterprise UX strategy, including Product Management, CX, engineering and Marketing
advocate for usability, design and innovation within the organization
mentor and guide Designers and other participants in research practice

Qualifications

About You

you are passionate about the potential for impact of Design practice, dynamic, and results-oriented

experienced in user research and design research methodology, with a thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research concepts, including usability testing

practiced in the synthesis of research, and the impactful presentation of findings

portfolio of previous work must be presented including research methodology development

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or equivalent related education

Experience

5+ years of experience in a UX Research role

experience with usability testing frameworks, tools, and metrics frameworks

experience in usage of design systems to drive coherent design practices

beneficial : co-creation facilitation, financial systems experience
