Early Years Educator / Montessori Teacher (Relief / Cover Role) We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator / Montessori Teacher to join our team on a relief (cover) basis. This role involves providing support when a member of our team is on annual leave or out sick. About the Role : Hours : Occasional / as-needed basis Notice : Sometimes short notice (for sick cover), other times scheduled in advance (for holiday cover) Setting : Montessori / Early Years environment Start Date : Ongoing flexible Key Responsibilities : Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children Support childrens learning and development following Montessori and early years principles Work collaboratively with the existing team to maintain high-quality care and education Requirements : Minimum QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Care & Education Montessori qualification desirable but not essential A genuine passion for working with young children Flexibility and reliability are essential Why Join Us?
