Requirements of the Chef de Partie Previous experience as a Chef Saucier, Chef de Partie, or similar role in a high-level kitchen.

Valid work permit with documentation.

Excellent communication skills.

Organised with excellent attention to detail.

Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

A passionate and creative approach to cuisine, keeping up to date with current culinary trends.

Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie Preparing and maintaining a wide range of sauces, stocks, and reductions to the highest standard Cooking sauteed dishes, ensuring consistency in flavour and presentation Contribute ideas to menu planning and bring creativity to daily specials.

Stock control and rotation.

Maintaining a clean, organised section and ensuring HACCP compliance.

Control cost and minimise waste.
