Fundraising Team Leader (Field-Based)

We're looking for a natural leader to take charge in the field — coaching new fundraisers, setting the tone, and leading by example.

Field-based – various locations

Job Type :

Full-time / Part-time DOE

What you'll do :

Lead a small team of fundraisers in the field across Ireland.

Train, coach, and motivate new starters to succeed

Help your team hit daily and weekly donation targets

Set the standard by fundraising alongside your team

Give regular feedback and create a supportive, high-performance culture

What you'll bring :

Strong communication and leadership skills

A positive attitude and the ability to motivate others

Experience in fundraising, sales, or leading a team (preferred but not essential)

Confidence working outdoors and travelling locally

A hands-on approach – you lead from the front
