We're looking for  Customer Journey & Operations Support Agents  to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience across our online, in-store, and warehouse channels.

This is a diverse role that combines customer care, order and returns management, and behind-the-scenes operational support. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and keeping things organised, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Order Processing :  Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for dispatch, ensuring everything is correct and ready for customers.
• Returns & Exchanges :  Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently, update systems, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
• Operational Support :  Assist with stock checks, replenishment, warehouse organisation, and shop transfers to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
