Contracts Manager Dublin 6

Overview

Our client is an international construction company.

They wish to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee a €100M high density residential project in Dublin 6.

Ideally a Contracts Manager coming from Main Contracting or Developer background, or a very capable PM looking to move up.

Age is not a restriction.

Must have high-rise high-density residential experience.

Responsibilities

From brownfield site to handover, program 3 years with full project responsibility including site teams and client liaison.

Reporting to Construction Director.

Please note also looking for PM same project.

Package

Package negotiable around €250K.
