Job Title : Homecare Assistant

Locations : Multiple, see below.

Hours : 39 hrs / w

Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities

• Providing attentive and dignified personal care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting the development of communication using assistive technologies such as Switch systems
• Facilitating simple therapy exercises, including hand therapy and mobility work
• Leading and participating in sensory-based play and early learning activities
• Reading, storytelling, and structured engagement to support cognitive and emotional development
• Following established care plans and collaborating closely with the family and wider multidisciplinary team
