Pensions and Property Specialist | Dublin 7 -   Full Time

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Pensions and Property Specialist to join our knowledgeable and friendly team in Dublin 7. If you have a minimum of 3 years’ property experience and hold a relevant professional property qualification, this is a perfect opportunity to further your career and join a fantastic company.

This includes Personal Retirement Savings Accounts, Personal Retirement Bonds, Approved (Minimum) Retirement Funds and Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes. Role Requirements

  • You should hold a professional qualification in a property related discipline, ideally at degree level or higher
  • A minimum of 3 years’ extensive experience working in property management, transactions and administration
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Strong customer focus
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS office packages

Role Responsibilities

  • Management and oversight of a pipeline of c.350 pension property transactions – Purchases / Transfers / Sales
  • Communicating with all external stakeholders – Solicitors, financial advisors, property agents and clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Validating and processing requests from stakeholders in a timely manner relating to properties held under our pension contracts.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in respect of the total company pension property portfolio
  • Dealing with property related queries
  • Overseeing all regulatory compliance requirements in respect of pension related properties
  • Maintenance and updating of existing case records
  • Delivering a first-class service to our clients in line with our company policies and procedures
  • Reporting to management
  • Assuming responsibility for any additional tasks and projects
  • Supporting the development of the team and working closely with and supporting the other team members in all matters relating to property
