Events Co-ordinator We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, energetic and guest focused Events Co-ordinatorto join our amazing Revenue & Sales team in Hilton Dublin Kilmainham, an accredited Great Place to Work Hotel in 2023 / 2024 and awarded Best Workplaces in Ireland and Best Workplaces for Women 2025. This is a full time 39 hour contract role based on property, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will : Prior experience in Events Planning Prior experience within a 5 / 4 star hotel Organisational & planning skills Creative & have the ability to engage well with the other team members Be able to adapt to change and work well under pressure Key Duties : To manage all incoming M&E enquiries so as to maximise conference and event revenue through a pro-active sales approach with the overall goal to achieve budgets. To efficiently manage the availability and co-ordination of the hotels function diary to maximise yield. To input event and group bookings into the relevant systems, issue contracts, arrange appropriate payment schedule, generate function sheets and invoices. Communicate internally to all relevant departments exact details of upcoming functions through the compilation and circulation of function sheets. To build and nurture strong working relationships with our clients and develop an understanding of their specific needs and requirements, complete show-arounds and attend client events. To be available to carry out meet and greet with clients, and carry out constructive handovers between the client and Meeting and Events Operations both inside and outside office hours. To organise and prioritise work in order to ensure guaranteed response times and deadlines are met. To assist with sales plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns support the Commercial Manager in delivering agreed activities Work closely with in-house or external sales agencies for sales promotions To manage all incoming M&E and Group enquiries so as to maximise conference and event revenue through a pro-active sales approach with the overall goal to achieve budgets.
