Develop and revise individualized care plans for each resident in cooperation with the multidisciplinary team. Assist and guide care assistants and junior nurses, offering instruction and direction to guarantee that clinical standards are continuously fulfilled. Make ensuring that medication is administered safely and accurately while following stringent guidelines and documentation specifications. Keep the lines of communication open with the family of the residents, answering their questions and making sure they are aware of the care being given to their loved one. Help with shift supervision to make sure that all employees are deployed effectively and that the unit always operates smoothly and efficiently. By following rules and regulations, making sure infection control procedures are followed, and acting quickly in the event of an emergency, you can keep your workplace safe. Requirements A licensed NMBI-pined registered nurse (RN). A minimum oftwo years of post-registration experience in an Irish nursing setting, preferably working in a nursing home or providing substantial senior care. Solid understanding of nursing procedures, with an emphasis on person-centered care, medication management, and senior care. A sincere desire to give senior citizens compassionate, high-quality care.
