Director, Finance Transformation

A leading consulting firm based in Dublin City is looking to hire a Director of Finance Transformation.

Responsibilities :

• As a Director, you will :
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead business development and drive growth across our Finance Transformation services
• Provide strategic insight as a Subject Matter Expert in Finance, keeping pace with trends like automation, analytics, and managed services
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale finance transformation engagements
• Mentor, guide and develop high-performing consulting teams
• Manage project delivery, risk, and client expectations to ensure exceptional outcomes
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated client solutions
