Healthcare Assistants Required

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client who is a leading nursing home provider with nursing homes across Ireland is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants who hold an EU passport (50 / 50 rule) for full-time positions across their nursing homes in South Dublin, Louth and Cork County.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

You'll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care and promote independence.

Requirements

QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent) – minimum of 2 modules completed

Previous experience in a care setting preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Fluent English (spoken and written)

EU Passport in line with 50 / 50 rule.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting

Support residents with mobility and mealtime assistance

Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behaviour

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Promote a safe and clean environment

Provide companionship and emotional support
