Service Engineer

Orange Recruitment are sourcing an experienced Service Engineer for our client based in Ballymount. As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of a wide range of systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You'll play a key role as the Service Engineer in providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer support. Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain security, fire alarm, and building automation systems. Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently to minimize downtime. Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and training to clients when required. Work closely with project teams and clients to ensure successful service delivery. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of service work and report on system performance. Requirements Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security, fire, life safety, AV, or automation systems. Relevant technical qualifications in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
