Job Title : Health Assistant

Location : Kells & surrounding areas for HSE clients
Job Type :
Full-time / Part time

We're seeking a compassionate and organised Health care Assistants to join our healthcare team. As a Health care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals and service users.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Assist with daily day to day tasks, heating and serving meals in accordance with dietary requirements.

Communicate effectively with patients, families and health care team members.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care

Light Housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning and tiding to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Assist with mobility issues, such as transferring, walking or using mobility aids.

Requirements :

Relevant healthcare qualification - QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Care of the older person and care skills or working toward

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records
