Position Summary :

Scan Global Logistics are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join the team in our busy Dublin office.

Skills Required :

1-2 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding Sector.
Proficient understanding of working within Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Knowledge of all modes of transportation including Sea, Air, and Road.
Experience in handling customs documentation will be considered an advantage.

The Role :

Coordinate logistics operations ensuring efficient transportation of goods across various modes (Sea, Air, Road).

Ensure accuracy in documentation and arrange customs clearances.

Be the crucial connection between clients, shipping lines, airlines, and hauliers.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
