Investor Relations Lead

We have teamed up with a global leader in Fund Services to hire Investor Relations professionals with 3-5 years of experience in Hedge, Mutual or / and Private Equity Funds. Key Responsibilities : Manage subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches across a diverse range of funds. Act as the main point of contact for clients within your portfolio, fostering and maintaining strong relationships. Lead and develop a small team of senior and junior administrators. Handle all investor-related services for the Companys investment fund clients, ensuring compliance with fund rules and deadlines. Respond to client and investor queries in a timely manner. Conduct daily updates and maintain records within the Investor Relations Group. Process payments and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Work closely with auditors, fund stakeholders, and advisers to ensure seamless operations and adherence to fund requirements. About You : Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in an investor relations environment, preferably within private equity and / or hedge funds. Strong interest in financial markets, particularly within hedge funds and private equity. Strong Interpersonal Skills.
