The Salthill Hotel is looking for a Full-time Bar Supervisor.

We are looking for a responsible and skilled bartender / supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the bar, mainly during the evening times, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and handling financial transactions accurately. This role combines supervisory duties with cashier responsibilities and bar serving skills.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

Supervisory Duties :

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, including bartenders and servers.
• Train new employees on bar procedures, customer service standards, and POS systems.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
