The successful individual will w ork alongside the Human Resources (HR) team to support the delivery of upcoming recruitment and other Human Resources-related projects and be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end hiring process within the Marine Institute. This crucial service involves all aspects of the hiring process, from collaborating on writing job descriptions to sitting on interview panels and submitting reports on the recruitment processes in general.
