Food & Beverage Manager

Were on the hunt for an energetic Food & Beverage Manager to take the lead in delivering exceptional service across the hotel restaurant, bar, weddings, and events.

This is a senior role reporting directly to the GM with plenty of scope to make your mark and grow with the hotel.

The Role : Youll be a visible leader on the floormotivating your team, setting high standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

From managing rotas and stock to supporting training and development, youll balance operations with people leadership to keep everything running smoothly.
