Now let us tell you about the role To follow specific instructions from the Site Manager and his deputy at all times. To ensure that prior to commencement of shift the areas surrounding the feeder belt and picking platform are free from foreign objects and debris. To work on the picking line and pick off recyclable materials as per company or site objectives and targets. To offer support to the other operatives as and when required. To support the Site Foreman as and when required by him. To clean down your working area at the end of each shift. To follow all Health and Safety guidelines and instructions at all times. Ensure that you are correctly attired with PPE at all times. To communicate immediately any hazards which you identify to the Site Manager.
