Audit Associate Director or Director | Asset Management | Cork

Our client is a rapidly growing global practice firm based in Cork City.

They require an experienced Audit Director to join their team.

Experienced Audit Senior Managers will also be considered.

Main responsibilities :

Identifying client needs and new business opportunities within client organisations.

Project management - take responsibility for managing a large and varied portfolio of clients.

Supervise and train junior members of the team to ensure that firm standards are maintained throughout the entire audit process.

Prepare and present business tenders in order to develop and grow your client portfolio.

Take full responsibility for managing and reviewing the work of the audit team.

Skills and attributes :

ACA / ACCA qualified.

Minimum 7+ years' experience with portfolio and management experience.

Experience in the asset management audit sector in particular funds and SPVs.

Strong technical skills (Irish GAAP, auditing standards and IFRS).

Electronic auditing experience and ability to motivate and manage staff under tight deadlines.
