Customer Service Coordinator

Overview

My client, a well-established manufacturing in Co.

Kilkenny, is looking to recruit a

Customer Service Coordinator (12 month contract job)

for their facility.

This is a 12 month contract job with hybrid work model after 6 months.

Hybrid / Work from Home after 6 months

Salary – 32-35K DOE

Key duties & responsibilities :

Process customer orders phone / email

Oversee and manage paperwork for product replacements / returns

Assist with orders, customer quotations, product samples

Liaise with various department re product / customer queries

Perform other duties assigned by management

What are we looking for?

2 years experience working in a customer service office-based role

Strong Technical customer facing experience essential.

Computer savvy – proficiency in Microsoft Office packages – Word & Excel and general IT computer skills

Experience with ERP / CRM systems – preferable

Must be a team player

Extremely organised and ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail

Fluency in English written & oral.
