Responsibilities

Lead with vision as a Store or Assistant Manager and take ownership of a store that is constantly transforming.

Manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on merchandising and operational excellence, recognizing that merchandise arrival can vary and responding accordingly.

Lead and develop the team to achieve business goals by empowering, coaching, and mentoring their growth.

Model the company culture and values, building trust and respect by doing what you say you will do.

Collaborate with Loss Prevention teams to maintain safety and security for all associates.

Qualifications

Confident, entrepreneurial leaders who thrive in dynamic spaces and aren't afraid to think on their feet.

Experience in store or retail management is preferred, with the ability to drive performance through people.
