Data Senior QA Automation Engineer Job Description: Our client, a leading Fintech firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in data engineering. This is a permanent position based in Dublin City Centre, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and expand the client's QA strategy and tooling. The role is mainly on site but they do have one day from home weekly.. Experience Required Minimum of 7 years experience in QA Automation, ideally in data-rich environments. Proven background in data engineering or hands-on experience with large-scale data systems. Strong knowledge of QA Automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Karate, or similar. Proficiency with scripting languages and automated test development. Experience working within Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with continuous integration tools and version control systems. Desirable Skills Exposure to cloud-based data platforms or big data ecosystems. Experience in investment management or financial services is advantageous. Strong SQL and data querying skills. Familiarity with behaviour-driven development (BDD) practices. Experience with performance and load testing tools. Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Working Hours & Benefits Permanent position based in Dublin City Centre. Hybrid working model: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week.
