Service Supervisor

About the Role : EPS is currently seeking a dedicatedService Supervisorto join our Service & Repair Team, based in Ballyhaunis and serving the Connacht Region. This pivotal role involves overseeing and coordinating daily service operations for sitebased teams, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and ICA (Instrumentation, Control & Automation) maintenance services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clients across the Water and Wastewater industry, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities : Manage both preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance for key customers in the Connacht region Coordinate & plan weekly schedules for service crews Communication with customers manage customer needs from taking initial customer call to developing a service plan to suit customer requirements and managing the successful roll out of service for that customer Liaison with EPS service teams to ensure jobs are arranged in an efficient manner and correct parts are identified and made available to service team in advance of service works taking place Site visits as required to establish customer needs and develop plans for the delivery of service Ensuring that the service is delivered in accordance with our standard operating procedures and in line with our electronic Service Management system Review service reports and actioning all relevant followup items Communicating service reports to our customers and issuing proposals / recommendations for any follow up actions Review Service jobs on our Electronic Service management system to ensure correct materials and hours are assigned to jobs Ensuring that emergency call outs are dealt with in an appropriate and efficient manner Coordinating Out of hours emergency call outs on a Rota basis Reviewing paperwork and ensuring completed jobs are invoiced in an efficient manner Skills / Attributes. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Strong engineering analytical and problemsolving skills Minimum of 2 3 years experience within similar service industry Knowledge of pumps and motors would be an advantage Ability to coordinate & manage a computerized Service management System Compensation Package : Competitive salary and benefits package, including company vehicle.
