Chief Infrastructure Officer Education Position Description 9-month contract position with one of Irelands top universities. Permanent position will open up during the contract. Reporting to the COO, key elements of role will involve : Ensuring successful operations and delivery of campus infrastructure Financial Management working closely with finance to manage a Capital Investment Plan People Management - Leadership of a team of c.150 (Estates & Campus Planning professionals, Planning, Engineering, Estates Operations, Health & Safety, Facilities, Capital Works, Campus Systems, Capital Contracts and Real Estate). Campus Estate Management - operational delivery of infrastructure programmes. Leadership, reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, governance, operations, people management, and financial management of campus infrastructure and estates Strategic Planning - leading the delivery of an infrastructure and development programme leveraging digital technology and financial investment solution to balance strategic capital and operational expenditures Governance & Risk Management Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background : Bachelors degree from top University Minimum 8 years relevant experience in real estate, facilities or campus management ideally Experience of management rage infrastructural programmes Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills About Our Client Our client is one of Irelands top Universities.
