We're looking for a skilled API Integration Specialist to join our Professional Services team in Ireland.

What You'll Do : - Collaborate directly with customers to understand their integration needs, particularly around Accounts Payable and related systems.

• Design and document robust API integration solutions that connect our platform with external systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including data mappings and API endpoint definitions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure integrations are built to spec and aligned with best practices.
• Support customer testing by preparing test data and validating integration accuracy and performance.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide clear, actionable guidance to both customers and internal teams.
• Continuously improve integration methodologies and documentation to enhance delivery efficiency.

What You Bring : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience.
