Our client, a long established & key supplier of complex engineering components & services to the global electronics sector, have now engaged with us in Cpl to hire a Finance Manager to join their team & lead out their finance function.

The Job : As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with the site based Operations Director & will have full responsibilities across all aspects of accounting & finance for the Limerick site's operations.

More specifically you will be responsible for running the statutory accounts close processes, preparing & submitting annual budgets / forecasts, leading finance specific projects, overseeing compliance & audit requirements, reporting on cost / inventory projections, preparing complex financial KPI data & submissions to the board, resolving AP & AR queries & providing financial guidance to the executive team on all relevant matters.

Your Skills / Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally.

Qualified accountant with 4-5+ years post-qualification experience ideally.

Experience gained in a manufacturing or engineering environment would be an advantage.

Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications & ERP systems.

Strong analytical, organisational & communications skills as well as ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of seniority.

The Offer : This position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary depending on skills / experience but expected to range between 70-80k.

This role will be initially fully office based but with the option of 1-2 days hybrid / WFH after approx.

6 months.
