Responsibilities

Represent your hotel as the go-to person for your team, guests, and external service providers and partners in all matters

Build a strong team by taking charge of recruitment, onboarding, and development while fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere

Roll up your sleeves because you're not just a manager but an active part of the team – leading by example

Keep a sharp eye on the numbers, stick to the set budgets, and manage forecasting and cost control with precision

Spot trends, streamline processes, and stay ahead of the game with strategic planning to keep your hotel moving forward

Ensure everything runs smoothly by complying with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection, and other legal requirements

Bring the Ruby Spirit to life by implementing internal styles and maintaining quality standards

Work closely with your Cluster Manager and all relevant departments at the Corporate Office to stay aligned and connected

Qualifications

Completed professional training in the hotel industry and / or hold a degree in hospitality or business administration

Extensive experience in an operational leadership role or a similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy

Strong knowledge of POS, PMS, and business management

A motivating and charismatic leader with an authentic and loyal nature, able to lead and be a team player

A warm and welcoming personality and strong communication skills

A knack for charming guests, with a hands-on mentality

Fluent English
