QA Manager
to join a
Non-Profit Organisation
in the
Healthcare Sector
on a
12 month fixed term contract
The
QA Manager
will ensure full compliance with regulations, internal policies, and
Section 39 funding requirements
while driving continuous improvements in quality, safety, and service user care.
The role includes
leading audits, implementing quality improvement plans, and working closely with stakeholders
to maintain strong
health, safety, and governance standards
Experience with
HIQA regulations
is essential.

Quality Assurance :
Develop and monitor quality systems, lead audits, update policies, and drive continuous improvement.
Compliance :
Ensure adherence to legislation (HIQA, HSE, Section 39, Safer Better Healthcare), support inspections / audits, and maintain accurate regulatory documentation.
Risk Management :
Support risk policy reviews, monitor safety risks, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act.
Training & Culture :
Promote safety, compliance, and continuous learning; support staff meetings and leadership team initiatives.
Reporting :
Keep detailed audit and compliance records, provide regular reports / action plans to management, and advise on quality improvements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role :
Degree in healthcare, quality, business, risk management, or related field
2+ years' QA, Compliance,
or similar experience in healthcare
Skilled in developing and implementing policies
Experience in risk management and completing risk assessments
Knowledge of HIQA standards
& ideally Section 39 requirements
Strong grasp of quality frameworks & continuous improvement
