Our client, a leading software solutions provider, is seeking a talented and experienced Interim International Group Financial Controller to join their Finance Department at their Dublin HQ. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers responsibility for group-wide financial compliance, statutory reporting, and audit oversight.

Role Description

Responsible for owning and leading the global monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all entities, leading the preparation of consolidated group financial statements and compliance reporting, as well as managing and coordinating external financial and tax audits across multiple jurisdictions.

Must Have Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
• An Accounting qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience
• Group consolidations
• Proven experience managing international audits and tax compliance
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Transfer pricing
• Investor and stakeholder reporting
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar
• Experience managing international audits and statutory / tax reporting
• Management of global finance teams
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)

Experience working in a SaaS or technology company would be beneficial.
