The Role
Our Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance & Derivatives team is hiring and is interested in hearing from Associates or Senior Associates with any level of PQE who have an interest in this area of practice.
The DCM-SF team advises international clients on capital markets and structured finance transactions executed in, and through, Ireland, including repacks and other asset securitisations.
We also write and advise on derivatives transactions and credit risk transfer instrument, either on a standalone basis or linked to a wider transaction.
Our assistance includes the structuring, documentation and execution of these transactions.
Our clients include market participants, such as issuers, sponsors and originators, arrangers and programme coordinators, asset managers, trustees and agents.
We also advise a number of high-profile multilateral development banks and international financial institutions on Irish and public international law.

Candidate Requirements
PQE, 0+
Transactional experience in a capital markets or banking and finance department of a commercial law firm.
Experience in debt capital markets, structured finance / securitisation and / or derivatives is a plus but not essential.
Attitude is key.
You must be pro-active and willing to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong focus on client services, responsiveness and the ability to manage multiple clients.
Responsibilities of the role include
Working with clients to establish and document all types of debt capital markets transactions and structured finance transactions backed by a diverse range of asset types.
Drafting and reviewing offering documents (including prospectuses) for standalone issuances and programme offerings.
Managing and documenting new issuances, corporate actions and programme enhancements on existing note programmes.
Listing debt securities on Euronext Dublin, Vienna Stock Exchange and other leading stock exchanges.
Working with a range multilateral development banks to implement credit risk transfer instruments as part of their financing operations.
Negotiating master agreements and credit support arrangements for a range of derivative transactions.
Advising on related regulatory instruments, including the Prospectus Regulation, Securitisation Regulation, EMIR, MAR, SFTR etc.
