Making Possible Supervising & inspection of the Mechanical systems installation. Ensuring completion of works to a high standard, in adherence to strict deadlines. Working closely with the Mechanical Manager and wider multidisciplinary team, providing regular progress updates. Implementation and monitoring of health and safety standards. What's in it for you? Successful experience as a Mechanical Supervisor working with multiple projects and with a minimum of 4 years in this or a similar type role. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and safety standards. Open collaborative approach and willing to help and assist those around you. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Desirable : Proven experience leading Mechanical teams in a Chargehand / Foreman role. Excellent attention to detail. Safe Pass and manual handing. Working at heights and abrasive wheel training would be an advantage. Ability to read schematics and layout drawings. About BAM Building a sustainable tomorrow.
