Facilities Manager

What Youll Be Doing Facility Operations : Oversee the smooth running of utilities, support equipment, lighting, and building systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Preventative Maintenance : Develop and manage maintenance schedules for infrastructure and equipment, ensuring reliability and performance.

Compliance Leadership : Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulationslocal, national, and industry-specific.

Vendor & Contractor Management : Source, negotiate, and manage service contracts for cleaning, security, waste, and maintenance.

Budget Oversight : Prepare and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting for repairs, upgrades, and capital improvements.

Project Delivery : Lead facility-related projects such as expansions, renovations, and equipment installationson time and within budget.

Sustainability Focus : Identify and implement energy-saving and waste-reduction initiatives to support broader environmental goals.

What You Bring A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in facilities management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
