Group Financial Controller

Group Financial Controller Saa S North Dublin Position Description Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance executive to join a fast-growing PE backed Saa S company with exciting growth plans.

Position will report to the CFO and will involve : Financial Reporting - preparation and review of local and group consolidated accounts for global entities KPI Reporting - preparation of monthly reporting packs, forecasting and budgeting, investor and stakeholder reporting Process improvement Audit - Managing year-end audit processes and statutory financial statements Tax Transfer Pricing and global CT compliance Systems - ERP system improvements, including system add-ons and facilitating training for finance team members M&A - acquisitionintegrations, and ad-hoc project work Leadership - leading and developing a small team Hybrid working plan, 3 days office, 2 days home.

If suitable candidate is available to start immediately, there may be a possibility of an interim appointment initially if it suits both parties.

Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background : ACA or ACCA, with Big 4 or Top 10 training background Strong technical accounting skills, and currently already at Financial Controller level Must have experience of preparation of Group Consolidated accounts with international entities Nice to have - Transfer Pricing and M&A experience Commercial savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skills Our Client Our client is a fast-growing, highly successful Irish technology business with an exemplary track record to date, and exciting growth and development plans for 2025 and beyond.
