Community group for 7 people with ranging degree of intellectual disability, mental health concerns and physical health issues.
The centre is staffed 24 / 7 with a mix of HCAs and SN
Both Days and Nights required on rotation
To carry out care planning and assessments in line with HIQA standards.
Precious experience in a similar service preferred
