Your responsibilities will include : Running an authentic Irish pub with character, warmth, and attention to detail Leading daily operations, including staff supervision and shift management Creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for sports, music, and celebrations Coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure smooth service Overseeing a menu of home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and cocktails Managing bookings, events, and in-house promotions Monitoring the quality of service, food, and drinks to consistently exceed guest expectations Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Supporting stock control, ordering, and opening / closing procedures Ready to Bring the Irish Spirit to Life in Dsseldorf?
