Job Description

Coffeeangel Ltd is seeking 2 vacancies for Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy café in Styne House, Hatch Street Upper, Dublin, D02 DY27.

39 hrs per week, 35K annual.

Permanent Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

Managing day-to-day operations of the coffee shop.

Training, supervising, and scheduling staff.

Ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Maintaining health, safety, and food hygiene standards (HACCP compliance).

Engaging with customers, including those with additional needs, in a respectful and supportive manner.

Managing stock, suppliers, and cost controls.

Supporting community engagement and ensuring a welcoming environment for families, children, and pet-friendly visitors.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum of 3 years' management or supervisory experience in hospitality.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience engaging with customers with disabilities or special needs is an advantage.
