Description :

Who are we looking for?

Carne Group is seeking a Senior Associate with a finance background to join our growing Tax team.

Minimum requirements :

Part-qualified Accountant, working towards ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

1-3 years' experience in a finance role within the funds industry or related fields.

Third-level qualification in accounting / finance.

Asset management experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience in high-volume administration or finance roles is preferred.

Role and responsibilities :

Support clients and internal groups with tax compliance, including payroll and VAT.

Prepare and file VAT returns across multiple jurisdictions.

Assist with VAT administration and supporting documentation.

Manage Director payroll services, including setup, administration, and payments.

Respond to Revenue queries.

Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

Coordinate with internal teams in Luxembourg and Ireland on client queries related to FATCA / CRS, VAT, Payroll, etc.

Collaborate with external administrators, investment managers, and tax advisors.

Guide and manage junior team members.
