If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love supporting people, and want to make a real impact—this is the role for you. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing As an HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to for all things people-related. You’ll work closely with managers and employees to deliver top-tier HR support across :

• Employee Relations : Be a trusted advisor on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
• Recruitment & Onboarding : Help us find and welcome the best talent.
• Performance & Development : Drive growth through performance reviews and training initiatives.
• HR Policy & Compliance : Keep us aligned with the latest legislation and best practices.
• Absence & Leave Management : Support wellbeing through effective absence tracking and return-to-work processes.
• HR Administration : Keep our records sharp and support payroll and audits.
• Fleet Management : Oversee our company vehicles in line with policy. 🧠 What You Bring
• CIPD – NFG Level 7 or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and knowledge on health & safety legislation.
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills. 🌟 Bonus Points For
• Experience in the HVAC industry.
• Familiarity with HR Locker or iTrent HR systems.
