This opportunity is particularly relevant to individuals with expertise in sectors such as Asset Management / Investment Funds, Aircraft Leasing, Insurance, Banking, Private Equity, or Securitisation.

The Role—

Delivering exceptional tax consulting services to a portfolio of financial services clients within asset management, investment funds, private equity, and securitisation sectors.

Conducting research and delivering comprehensive technical tax advice to facilitate tax advisory projects.

Engaging in communication with both tax authorities and clients regarding clients' tax matters.

Participating in team collaboration with directors and partners to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Contributing to the growth and maintenance of client business, actively proposing and securing new business opportunities, and playing a constructive role in the overall advancement of the practice.

Overseeing and nurturing a team comprising trainees, seniors, assistant managers, and managers, while maintaining communication with the corporation tax compliance delivery team as necessary.

About you —

AITI / CTC qualification or both AITI / CTC & ACA qualification

Profound expertise in corporate tax and capital gains tax

Demonstrable aptitude in commercial and market comprehension

Prior experience in one or more of the following sectors : Asset Management / Investment Funds, Aircraft Leasing, Insurance, Banking, Private Equity, and Securitisation
