Senior Speech & Language Therapist

Job Title : Senior Speech and Language Therapist Location : Dublin Contract : Permanent - Full time Overview : We are seeking a senior speech and language therapist to deliver the Hanen More Than Words Programme to families with children under 6 years, including those with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Following completion of the programme, the role will continue with general speech and language therapy duties with children and families.

Key Responsibilities : Deliver the Hanen More Than Words Programme to a set number of families, both in-person at the clinic and online.

Conduct individual face-to-face appointments as part of programme delivery.

Provide general SLT assessment and intervention for children and families after completion of the programme.

Maintain accurate records and comply with all data protection requirements.

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support child development.

Essential Criteria : Completed Hanen More Than Words Programme qualification and experience delivering it.

Minimum 3 years' experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autistic children under 6 years.

Experience at senior grade level in speech and language therapy.

Registered with CORU and hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

Compliance with Children's First and safeguarding standards.

Must provide CV, insurance, CORU registration, Children's First compliance, and Hanen MTW qualification evidence.

Desirable : ADOS training.

Experience delivering therapy online and in clinic.

Strong communication and family engagement skills.
