What you'll do
Take the lead on managing and planning projects
Work on system design and review the work of your colleagues
Prepare design documents, contracts, and specifications
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members
Ensure every design meets top-quality standards
Handle cost control and estimating
Produce reports and conceptual design studies
Support and mentor junior engineers as they grow
What you'll bring
A degree in Mechanical Engineering
10 years+ of solid project experience across different sectors
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry standards
Confidence in leading design teams
Great communication and report-writing skills
A team-focused approach and a can-do attitude
Organisational skills to keep projects on track and within budget
Motivation to keep learning and progressing
