About the job :

This role involves supporting the sales and renewal of commercial insurance policies. You'll work towards meeting sales targets, retaining clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products. Ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly is crucial to your success in this area.

Job responsibilities :

• Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key brokers
• You'll establish trust with brokers by anticipating their needs, sharing information, and meeting commitments.
• Collaboration within your team is also essential, working closely with team leaders and managers to meet broker needs and stay on track with team goals.
