Reperio has partnered with a leading company in the online booking sector who are looking for an experienced Front-End Technical Lead to guide their engineering team in delivering high-performance solutions across multiple European markets. This role involves shaping technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring scalability and resilience in a high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a front-end engineering team, promoting best practices and collaboration.
Design and implement scalable, high-availability systems.
Conduct code reviews and foster team development.
Optimize performance and scalability for high-traffic platforms.
Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement.
Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to develop end-to-end solutions.

Requirements :

7+ years in Software Development.

Strong experience with (2 / 3) and Tailwind CSS . (or any Javascript Framework - React, Angular )

Knowledge of API development (REST / SOAP) , PHP / Symfony , and MySQL .

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines (., Cypress ).

Strong grasp of design patterns and Agile methodologies.
