Inside Sales Specialist - Medical Device Equipment | South Dublin (Hybrid) Our client is a leading provider of medical device solutions, trusted by healthcare professionals across Ireland. They're seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to help drive equipment sales and support their field team. Key Responsibilities : Convert inbound equipment enquiries and generate new leads Support Field Sales Consultants to close deals Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online platforms Achieve sales and gross profit targets, upsell value-added services Manage finance paperwork and post-installation handovers Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate across departments Candidate Profile : 1+ year B2B sales experience (medical device experience a plus, though not a neccessity - full training provided) Strong communication and commercial skills Organised, proactive, and team-oriented Package : €35K base + uncapped commission (OTE €40-45K+) 25 days annual leave (+ option to buy 5 more) Life insurance, pension, cycle to work scheme Contribution to gym membership Hybrid working, Monday to Friday Adecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
