Description OverviewWe are expanding our Audit team!

Come join our team as a Senior QA Auditor.

We are looking for a self-starter who values autonomy and wants to join a team that leads the way for a global audit community.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to excel in their QA career.

Our audit team are central to Perrigo delivering on our vision (consumer trust), commercial targets and strategic advantage.

The team is responsible for supplier audits of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements with the main focus on pharmaceuticals.We manage audits for contract manufacturers, laboratories, raw materials suppliers, warehouses and transporters.

You will work with a hugely experienced leadership team who will lead you without ego and with an authentic and genuinely appreciative style.

This role is ideally to be based in Dublin, Ireland and is a fantastic opportunity to travel and build your auditing skills in a wide range of product areas.We are also open to applications from strong auditor candidates based outside of Ireland, in European countries where we operate.

Hybrid Working Pattern offered - we offer flexibility with regards working from both the office and from home, when not travelling.

Travel is mainly within Europe - approx.

40% travel on average across the year with approx.

25 audits per year.

Scope of the RoleThe QA Auditor will plan, schedule, co-ordinate, lead or participate, and follow up on assigned audits in a range of different areas.

The responsibilities include timely lifecycle management of assigned audits by :

Developing and communicating appropriate scope and agenda where acting as audit lead.

Effectively managing time and tasks to ensure appropriate audit preparation, efficient execution of audit activities, and timely reporting and follow-up.Skilfully analysing audit data and correctly identifying departures from GMP.Following up on audit observations and CAPAs through closure and verification.The role may also include project work and continuous improvement initiatives relating to the audit process.We are looking for someone who can represent Perrigo and our values while interacting with external suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Our team works with a variety of different guidelines and procedures, and we place a strong importance on learning and development.

We like our team members to independently manage and prioritise their tasks and deadlines, with management support always available.

The person we seek will also have great attention to detail and enjoys being part of a high performing team.

Experience Required5+ years pharmaceutical experience (quality and / or auditing)Pharmaceutical supplier auditing experience is preferred, IRCA certified or similar is highly desiredKnowledge of relevant legislations3rd level education (chemistry, biology, pharmacy, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field)Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.

Computer literacy with a working knowledge of MS Office and preferably TrackwiseAbility to work independently while consulting with others as appropriateFlexible for frequent international travelBenefits
